POLYSORB warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of two (2) years from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. POLYSORB agrees, at its discretion during the warranty period, to replace or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a return fee for shipping, handling, packaging, and installation labor which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by original dated sales receipt.
This Warranty applies to products sold in the USA only and is made to the original purchaser having acquired the material directly from POLYSORB.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not apply to claims related to any one or more of the following:
• Any condition resulting from other than ordinary use for which the product was intended.
• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate storage, installation or cleaning.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, vandalism, accidents, fire, flood or shipping.
• Damage resulting from use of third-party fasteners or hardware.
• Normal variations in color, shade, markings or thickness that are inherent in the manufacturing process.
• Labor costs related to the removal and replacement of defective material.
• Any shipping costs, unless POLYSORB is able to validate the Warranty claim.
