PolySorb acoustic panels are manufactured from 100% polyester fiber, containing a minimum of 65% recycled fiber sourced from water bottles and other post consumer plastics as well as 35% new virgin fiber. Our production process blends fiber mixtures to achieve unique colors and heat applications for texture and design aesthetics.
These processes may create some natural variations in colors, marbling, and fiber distribution. This may include occasional color concentrations and unique patterns, which are characteristics of the product and contribute to its unique appearance from panel to panel.
Manufacturing with heat and pressure, may vary panel dimensions by up to 1/8” in thickness, width, and height.
